How do I track my order?
We’ll send you a link to track your order in an email once your order ships. The full tracking information should appear about 24 hours after you first receive the link.
Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
No. We can’t split an order to ship to multiple addresses. But shipping is always free, so send as many orders as you need!
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out right away.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order through the email with the subject line that starts with “Your Potluck Order.” The “Order Status” link inside of it will take you to the page you need.
I received an incomplete order.
We’re really sorry about that! Reach out to email@example.com and we’ll make sure to get you everything you ordered.
Tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received anything.
Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you figure out what happened to your package.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and Paypal. We also accept ApplePay if you’re on an Apple device.

Which orders will be charged sales tax?
We collect sales tax for orders shipped to New York and New Jersey.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
We can’t ship to PO Boxes just yet.
Can I ship to Hawaii, Alaska or APO address?
We can’t ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO addresses yet. But if you’re interested in bringing Potluck to these locations, send us an email to email@example.com and we’ll let you know when we’re ready.
Can I ship to foreign countries?
We only offer shipping within the continental United States. If you’re interested in Potluck but live outside of the US , send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll let you know when we’re able to ship internationally.
When can I expect delivery?
Delivery for standard orders is 5-7 business days. Check the link in your order shipment email to track your package.
Returns and Replacements
What is your return policy?
We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. We offer full refunds in the form of original payment and will email you a label to cover the return shipping.
How do I return an item?
Email email@example.com with the subject line “Return” and we’ll get started on processing your return.
My order arrived damaged/defective.
We’re sorry to hear that. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can replace the damaged items.
I received an incomplete order.
That’s not good! Email email@example.com and we’ll replace the missing items.
I received the wrong item.
Sorry about that. Let us help. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get that fixed right away.
Using your gift card
How do I use my Potluck gift card?
Apply your code at checkout at cookpotluck.com.
How do I check my gift card balance?
Send us an email at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help you out.
Can I return a gift card?
Our gift cards are non-refundable. If you'd like to return a purchase made with a gift card, we'll credit the funds back to your gift card.
What if I don't use all of the funds on my gift card?
You keep the balance, which can be applied toward any future Potluck purchase.
Does my gift card expire?
Nope. Your Potluck gift card doesn’t expire.

How do I schedule my digital gift card?
After you purchase a digital gift card, we'll follow up with an email with options to have it sent right away or to schedule the delivery.
